How a matter runs
Upload the records — hundreds or thousands of pages is normal. Type the facts you already know and the objective of the examination. Depo-Insight drafts an outline aimed at that objective and builds a chronology from the documents.
Choose your audio source and start. Q and A appear as they are spoken. Flags arrive alongside them with the conflicting record language and the questions staged in four steps — lock in, explore, confront, or preserve it for trial without revealing a thing.
Print or save the flagged findings with citations and no suggested questions, an impeachment packet led by everything you preserved for trial, and the leads, admissions and outstanding issues collected during the day.

The witness said she had no prior back treatment. Before the sentence was finished I had the page of her own records that said otherwise, with the line quoted. I asked the follow-up on the spot instead of finding it three weeks later.
The part I did not expect was the outstanding-issues list. Every question that never got a straight answer was sitting there at the end of the day, so nothing quietly slipped past me.
I used to spend an evening building an impeachment list out of the rough transcript. Now it is drafted by the time I close the laptop, with the record citation attached to each item.
