No. Every plan includes the complete feature set. The plans differ only in how many depositions they cover and what support comes with them.
No. Records, transcription and analysis are included. There is no page fee and no per-minute audio fee.

PDFs are the usual case, including scanned productions. Prior transcripts, interrogatory responses and exhibits all go in the same place.
